Best Short Form Video Ad (NEW!)
A short form (:30 or less) video ad or video stream that combines creativity and innovation to achieve a measurable goal across any platform. Video that was created as part of a display ad can also be included.

Best Visual Campaign
A visual campaign that combines creativity, innovation and consistency across a number of different channels to achieve a measurable goal. Channels can include but are not limited to rich media, website, OOH, print, collateral, etc.

Best Experiential Campaign
An experiential campaign that combines creativity and innovation to achieve a measurable goal. Experiential campaigns can include live events, stunts, competitions, social gatherings, and physical installations or exhibitions centered around a brand or brand asset.

Best Branded Content/Storytelling Campaign
A branded content/storytelling campaign that combines creativity and innovation with a unique insight about the brand to achieve a measurable goal. This may be a single piece of content or a series, and may be original content or content achieved by partnering with existing programming, a publisher or other media partner.

Best Influencer Campaign (NEW!)
An influencer campaign that combines creativity, innovation and a unique insight about the brand to achieve a measurable goal. Influencer campaigns can include one or many influencers, and can incorporate video, blogs, images or any other creative format that can be distributed across social media channels.

Best Cause Marketing Campaign
A nonprofit or social initiative campaign that does the best job of driving awareness, donations and building social good.

Best Auto Campaign (NEW!)
The best Tier 1 or Tier 2 cross-channel automotive campaign that feature a seamless combination of creative, media, data/insights and technology/innovation to achieve a measurable goal.

Best Entertainment Campaign (NEW!)
The best cross-channel campaign for an entertainment brand that features a seamless combination of creative, media, data/insights and technology/innovation to achieve a measurable goal. Entertainment includes but not limited to film, television, OTT Video, gaming, e-sports, etc.

ThinkLA Innovator
An advertising campaign or marketing initiative that is completely new to the world. It embodies progressive thought and a trailblazing spirit that makes it original, extraordinary and achieving a measurable business goal. It can be a unique use of technology or a communication platform, a new-to-the world execution, or a unique approach to solving a problem, as examples.

Campaign of the Year
The best cross-channel campaign for any brand that features a seamless combination of creative, media, data/insights and technology/innovation to achieve a measurable goal. This campaign seamlessly integrates at least 3 channels while creatively leveraging the unique aspects of each. Entries for the Best Automotive and Best Entertainment Campaigns can also enter them here.

Given to three Southern California-based advertising agencies with inspired leadership, amazing company culture, demonstrated creative excellence, outstanding service, and a passionate dedication to the ThinkLA community.

Media/Full Service Agency (over 50 employees)
A media/full service agency that displays the best combination of inspired leadership, outstanding culture, employee retention, excellence in media, outstanding service, and a passionate dedication to the ThinkLA community.

Creative/Full Service Agency (over 50 employees)
A creative/full service creative agency that displays the best combination of inspired leadership, outstanding culture, employee retention, creativity, outstanding service, and a passionate dedication to the ThinkLA community.

Boutique Agency of the Year (under 50 total employees)
A boutique agency that displays the best combination of inspired leadership, outstanding culture, employee retention, excellence in craft, outstanding service, and a passionate dedication to the ThinkLA community.

Partner of the Year
A company that has demonstrated consistent dedication to developing unique partnerships that create demonstrable value for brands or agencies. These companies are accessible,, flexible, creative, innovative and easy to work with, and include partners in the media, creative, data, research, and adtech/martech space.

Silicon Beach Startup Award
A young, innovative company working to solve a marketing/advertising problem that creates a repeatable and scalable business model. Must be privately owned, have more than three full-time employees, be headquartered in Los Angeles County, and have filed for incorporation no earlier than 2014.

INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS

Salesperson of the Year
The salesperson who has displayed the best combination of the following sales skills: problem solving, creativity, flexiblity, relatability, easy to partner with, enthusiasm, work ethic and overall business results. This person more than five years years’ experience, and is an active participant in the ThinkLA community.

Agency Executive of the Year (New!)
The agency executive who has displayed the best combination of the following agency skills: team building/leadership, client partnership, problem solving, creativity, relatability, easy to partner with, enthusiasm, work ethic and overall business results. This person has more than five years years’ experience, and is an active participant in the ThinkLA community.

Agency Emerging Leader of the Year (New!)
The agency employee who has displayed the best combination of the following agency skills: working with teams, problem solving, creativity, relatability, easy to partner with, enthusiasm, going above and beyond, and overall work ethic. This person has less than five years years’ experience, and is an active participant in the ThinkLA community.

Brand Marketer of the Year (New!)
The client side brand marketer who has displayed the best combination of the following skills: leadership, team building, creativity/innovation, partnership (agency and other partners) and business results, and is an active member of the ThinkLA community.
