Prior to leading Rosy Finch, Brittany served as Vice President of Growth & GTM at MainStreet, a B2B fintech startup, where she established foundational best practices for growth marketing and operations. Her innovative strategies and data-driven campaigns have earned her multiple awards, including recognition for her work on the groundbreaking IHOP/IHOb campaign, which won her two Cannes Silver Lion Awards, a Bronze Effie, WARC Media Award for Best Use of Data, AdWeek’s Media Plan of the Year, and more.
