As Senior Director of The Multicultural Experience Team at Hearts & Science, Gianna leads dynamic campaigns for AT&T, specializing in multicultural audiences, including Hispanic, African American, Asian, LGBTQIA+, and NMSDC suppliers. Her work has earned prestigious recognition, including the 2025 Top Women in Media & Ad Tech honor, 2025 HMC Hispanic Marketer of the Year award, 2024 Bronze Telly Award for AT&T’s Hip Hop 50th Anniversary and the 2023 Silver Telly Award for the AT&T World Cup “Dreams of Glory” program. In addition, she was named the 2023 American Advertising Federation Dallas Agency Media Partner of the Year and received the esteemed 2023 Hearts & Science Ampersand Award. Previously, Gianna held roles at Lionsgate and NBCUniversal before transitioning to innovative agency positions at Canvas Worldwide, Haworth Marketing + Media and Palisades MediaGroup, where she developed media plans and strategies for major brands like Kia, Hyundai, Walmart and Netflix.

A graduate of Pepperdine University with dual degrees in Integrated Marketing Communications and Hispanic Studies, Gigi is a digital-savvy professional recognized for her multicultural approach, strong communication skills in English & Spanish, with robust relationships across the country and abroad (ability to work in Spain & EU). With extensive experience in network, national, and local advertising, she has built a reputation for creating culturally relevant campaigns that deeply resonate with diverse audiences.

Throughout her career, Gianna has been dedicated to volunteering and advocating for cultural awareness and equity. She served as a 2024 Vanguard Mentor with the 4A’s Foundation and currently acts as an Elevate Cultural Practitioner at Omnicom Media Group, driving cultural connections that enhance client outcomes and amplify authentic brand narratives. Gianna also supports Service for Sight, a Delta Gamma philanthropy that advocates for the blind and visually impaired community, underscoring her commitment to making a positive impact through both her professional and volunteer efforts. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and has a passion for music, food, sports, and animals.
