Justin Balanon is a 16-year veteran of the marketing industry with expertise in the influencer marketing space. He began his career on the publisher side (Viacom) before embracing influencers with sales roles at Fullscreen and Maker Studios, which was acquired by Disney during his tenure. 

In 2015, he relocated to Austin, TX after falling in love with the rich culture and friendly community vibes of the city. He joined Bumble, leading Celebrity and Influencer Marketing, and spearheaded Bumble’s Gaming Initiative, including sponsoring an all women’s eSports team. 

He’s spent the last several years exploring the intersection between content and AI, with IM and Strategy roles at BENlabs (a branded entertainment agency) and Revmatics (an AI tech platform), helping brands build personalized funnels through entertainment content from film and tv to creator and artist activations.
