Lauren Hustek is the Executive Director of Adcraft Detroit, one of the nation’s oldest and largest marketing organizations. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, Lauren began her career at renowned Detroit agencies Campbell-Ewald and BBDO, where she also first became involved with Adcraft through its Young Professionals Group.

Her career has spanned both agency and digital sales roles, including five years in Los Angeles, where she was also an active member of ThinkLA. Since returning to Detroit in 2012, Lauren has held director roles at companies such as Rocket Fuel, Rubicon, and DoubleVerify, managing key accounts and agency partnerships across the Midwest.

At Adcraft, she is known for her strategic leadership, strong industry relationships, and commitment to professional development, innovation, and diversity. Under her direction, Adcraft has expanded its sponsorships, grown its membership, and deepened its impact across the Detroit marketing community.

Lauren lives in Beverly Hills, MI with her husband Joe and their two sons, Gunnar and Gavin.
