Mindy Stomp serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Drake Cooper, an employee-owned advertising agency headquartered in Boise, Idaho. With over two decades in the industry, Mindy leads a talented team of over 80 employee-owners, delivering creative business solutions across sectors such as consumer packaged goods, financial services, and education. Under her leadership, Drake Cooper has experienced significant growth and garnered multiple industry awards.

Her extensive portfolio includes leading work with renowned brands like Facebook, Challenge Butter, Chevron, SKYY Vodka, Carnival Cruise Lines, Driscoll’s, and Mazda. Prior to her tenure at Drake Cooper, Mindy held pivotal roles at both independent agencies and global networks, including WPP's VML and PwC’s Experience Center.

Mindy serves on the board of directors for NextNW as well as MAGNET, a global network of independent ad agencies. 

When she’s not working you’ll find her most likely at a Kansas City Chiefs game, hiking, biking or planning vacations with her husband via color-coded spreadsheets.
