Natalia has over 16 years of experience in the Media/Advertising industry helping brands across a wide array of categories fuel growth for their business by harnessing the power of diverse consumers.
Throughout her career, Natalia has worked in various roles within the industry spanning from Media Investment to Market Research, Communications Planning & Brand Strategy for brands across CPG, Food and Beverage, QSR, Automotive, Retail and Telco categories.
In her current role, she leads OMG’s Enterprise Partnerships with Cross-cultural Media, designing and executing partnership investment strategies with digital media companies with a diverse audience base. She also leads the development of resources & programs that empower discovery, bidding and buying of cross-cultural media for OMG agencies & clients. Natalia is also an Executive sponsor of Unidos Leadership Network (OMG’s Hispanic/Latino BRG).
Her work has received some of the highest honors in the industry including a NAMIC Multicultural Excellence Award & Silver Effie. She has also been recognized by AAF as an industry “Game Changer” and most recently received a “DE&I Rockstar” Award by OMG for her leadership & work with the agency’s BRGs.
