“Say it simply and leave them smiling” is the mindset that has guided Ryan’s creative career of 20+ years. Scott has spent the past eight years rising through INNOCEAN USA’s creative ranks, joining as Group Creative Director, then advancing to Vice President, Group Creative Director, and now SVP, Executive Creative Director. In that time, he has played a key role in shaping Hyundai’s brand voice, helping to deliver campaigns including the Super Bowl favorites “Smart Park” and “The Elevator,” in addition to supporting other client teams.

Before joining INNOCEAN USA, Scott held senior creative roles at Red Tettemer O’Connell + Partners, Deutsch, Wongdoody, DDB, and TBWA\Chiat\Day, where he developed award-winning campaigns for brands including Volkswagen, Snapple, Dr. Pepper, Sony PlayStation, and Levi’s. His work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, Effies, Clios, The One Show, and more.
