Sabrina Sirhal is a marketing and media leader with over 15 years of experience driving integrated strategies that connect brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes. Her expertise is focused on brand strategy, digital transformation, and performance marketing. Sabrina most recently led Digital Media at Monster Energy, overseeing both brand and retail media across a multi-brand portfolio. Her work focused on aligning full-funnel media strategies, ensuring alignment between brand positioning and conversion-focused initiatives. Prior to this, she supported Monster’s international business, helping scale digital strategies across global markets.
Previously, Sabrina spent over a decade in the automotive industry, including leadership roles for Kia Motors and Innocean, where she supported major vehicle launches, like the Kia Soul hamster campaign, and led CRM and comms planning for Hyundai. She began her career at NBC and holds an MBA with honors from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine. Sabrina has also served on the IAB Measurement, Addressability & Data Center and Commerce Boards of Directors. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son and can often be found on the sidelines of a basketball court
