Simone has spent over two decades driving strategy, results, and community impact in the Out-of-Home (OOH) space, delivering creative outdoor campaigns for brands of all sizes—from small businesses to global icons. She has held key roles at leading OOH agencies and gained client-side experience with Starbucks Coffee Company, supporting its international and wholesale marketing teams. 

As the founder of Mixed Company Media Group, Simone specializes in OOH strategy, planning, and buying, crafting tailored campaigns that authentically connect a brand’s story to its audience. Her work creates meaningful moments of engagement and drives impactful results. Recently earning MBE certification, she is one of the few Black woman-owned OOH agencies in the industry—leading Mixed Company in revolutionizing the culture of OOH. 

Beyond her work in media, Simone is a dedicated community builder, connector, and volunteer. She currently serves as an executive board member of NextNW and previously held Chair and Trustee roles with the Seattle Girls’ School board.
